Refunds and Exchanges:
Any item that is in a resellable condition (has not been used or opened), and is in its original packaging, may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Any purchased item that is defective can be returned to us for repair or replacement within one year of purchase. After one year has passed we ask that you contact the manufacturer.
 
1. To return an item within our delivery area please email us to schedule a pickup and replacement of the defective item. Please let us know why you are returning the item and whether you are requesting repair, refund, or replacement. Please also provide us with the name and address of the person who placed the original order. You must present your receipt to our driver in order for your refund or exchange to be processed.
 
2. To return an item in the mail please include a letter letting us know why you are returning the item and whether you are requesting repair, refund, or replacement. Please also provide us with the name and address of the person who placed the original order and include your receipt. Shipping must be prepaid (C.O.D. packages will not be accepted). We will reimburse standard ground shipping rates for items that are defective.
