COMBINE WITH OUR GREENLAND TREKKING ADVENTURE AND GET A FREE OVERNIGHT FERRY TRIP FROM SISIMIUT TO ILULLISAT
AWAKEN THE EXPLORER WITHIN and join us as we journey north of the Arctic Circle for what will truly be the adventure of a lifetime! Despite being the largest non-continental island, with an area larger than Mexico, Greenland is the least densely populated country on the planet, and although 81% of the land is covered in ice, the remaining land has supported the Inuit population for over 4,500 years. National Geographic even listed Greenland as one of the 20 best travel destinations for 2016!
The trip begins as you travel well north of the Arctic Circle to the town of Ilulissat. Once there we'll hike along the Ilulissat Icefjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site, take a day trip to Glacier Equip Sermia (the calving glacier), and even kayak amongst the icebergs in the waters where kayak was invented! Though the days are filled with adventure, in the evenings we'll relax at the 5 star rated Hotel Arctic and dine on Arctic gourmet cuisine while watching the sunset paint the skies above Disko Bay.
This trip can easily be combined with a trip to Iceland or Europe either before or after our journey. Make this the year you take an epic journey and check Greenland off of your bucket list!
